Agreement

By using the reservation and meal-selection system operated for Hibachi X, you agree to these Terms of Service and to provide accurate booking, contact, event and meal information.

Reservations and Meal Selections

Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is accepted. The primary booking customer is responsible for reviewing guest counts, meal selections, allergies, event details and contact information before submitting the order for administrator review. A submitted or finally approved order may be locked from further customer editing.

Pricing, Fees and Payment

Meal prices, upgrades, add-ons, taxes, travel / carrying fees, deposits, discounts and balances are shown or confirmed for each order. Travel / Carrying fees and discounts may vary by event. The final invoice controls if a displayed estimate conflicts with a reviewed invoice.

Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellation

Changes, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds and deposit treatment are subject to the booking terms communicated for the specific event. Requested changes are not effective until confirmed.

Guest Links and Account Security

Private order and guest-meal links should be shared only with intended participants. You are responsible for activity performed through links that you distribute.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic products may be ordered, received and consumed only by persons of legal drinking age and where permitted by applicable law. Availability may vary by location and event.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the system, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, misuse another customer’s link or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The system may connect with third-party scheduling, messaging, payment or hosting services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
