Food Allergies and Cross-Contact

Hibachi X requests that customers disclose food allergies and special dietary concerns before service. Food may be stored, transported, prepared or cooked in shared environments and with shared equipment. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contact.

Customer Responsibility

The booking customer is responsible for reviewing all guest meal selections and allergy notes, communicating urgent concerns directly, and ensuring that the event location is safe, accessible and suitable for the requested catering service.

Event Conditions

Service may be affected by weather, venue restrictions, utilities, ventilation, parking, access, local rules, safety conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are subject to legal-age requirements, local availability and applicable laws. The customer is responsible for lawful possession, service and consumption at the event.

Pricing and System Information

Online totals may change when travel / carrying fees, taxes, discounts, guest changes or manual invoice review are applied. The approved final invoice is the controlling amount.

Third-Party Technology

Scheduling, messaging, payment and hosting services may be provided by third parties. Temporary interruption, delayed delivery or data-sync errors may occur.
